FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Are the necklaces engraved with the names I enter?

No. The jewelry cards are personalized with the names you enter in the “Name(s) on Jewelry Card” box. The necklaces symbolically represent friend and family constellations (for instance, one large ring and two small rings on the “Mother of Two” selection). However, the necklaces themselves are delicate and not suitable for engraving.


Can I request a necklace from one product and have it put on the card from another product?

Absolutely! Say you would like the “Sweeheart” necklace put on the “Eternity” card. We can do that for you. Just be sure to give detailed instructions in the NOTE section of the order. It’s best to include the links to each of the products you reference to avoid confusion since we have multiple variations of some styles. It’s fun for us to make something special for you— especially when it’s a gift!


How quickly do you ship?

We are a custom design studio creating each piece specifically for you, our wonderful customer. The lead time will vary depending upon how busy we are, but if your order will take longer than a week to ship, we will let you know! We have a pretty good system, though, so unless we’re slammed we usually get our orders shipped within a couple of business days.


How will my order be shipped?

We typically use USPS Priority Mail service, which takes 2-3 business days to arrive depending upon your location (though this is not guaranteed by the postal service). We do not offer expedited delivery services at this time.


Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to ship outside of the USA at this time.
